Domestic Orders
23 Skidoo uses USPS for shipping. Orders up to 5.5lbs are shipped via Priority Mail, with tracking. Orders over 5.6lbs will be shipped via First Class Parcel Post with delivery confirmation.
We ship within 3 business days of receiving the order. Should there be any delays, we will contact you immediately.

USPS International First Class Parcel Post
- For orders weighing up to 4lbs.
- Delivery generally takes between 7-21* business days once shipped from our store.
- This shipping option does not provide tracking information.
USPS Priority Mail:
- For orders weighing 4lbs and over.
- Delivery generally takes between 6-10* business days once shipped from our store.
- This shipping option does include delivery status updates.

Customs Fees, Duties, Taxes
All international orders, regardless of shipping option, may be be subject to customs fees, duties, import taxes or brokerage fees upon delivery.
These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials and will not make adjustment of information on customs forms.
Please also understand that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common which may cause packages to reach international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
