It wasn’t until a routine traffic stop lead to a shocking discovery that it was determined a serial killer had used the South Bay area as his hunting grounds.

Esther Ludlow, creator and host of the true crime podcast Once Upon a Crime will present the case of this lesser known serial killer who’s bizarre crimes and unlikely capture make up a fascinating true crime story from Campbell’s past.
